Timescales
No matter what stage you're at with your wedding stationery — whether it's at the very beginning or if you've already sent out your save the dates and invites and looking for on the day stationery — I'd love to hear from you! Even if you don't have all the details at this stage, I'm happy to book you into the diary to secure your design space for whenever you're ready to get started.
THE IDEAL TIME TO GET IN TOUCH ABOUT YOUR STATIONERY IS
three months
BEFORE YOU WANT TO SEND THEM OUT
I recommend the below timescales when it comes to sending out your wedding stationery. These should only be used as a guide — ultimately the timeline will be up to you, taking into consideration destination/local weddings and factoring in production time.

1
Get in touch
Let me know your ideas by using the contact form or email me at hello@twotabbies.co.uk
2
Let's talk stationery!
We can set up a video call, meet for a coffee (if you're local!) or share ideas over email to discuss your theme and colour scheme along with other requirements, personalisation and finishing touches.
I'll book you in
Once I have all the details, I'll send you a quote based on our initial chat. To confirm and secure your design date, I require a non-refundable booking fee before I can start on the design work. If you're happy to proceed, I'll send you the T&Cs along with a form to confirm all wording details for your stationery.

The fun part... Design!
I'll get to work, develop your ideas and pull together some inspiration boards if needed. I'll create a digital mockup and share PDF proofs for you to review — making final tweaks and edits to progress the design to completion.
4
Final sign-off
Once you're happy with the design, a final digital proof will be sent for you to approve for printing. Remember to ask family or friends to double-check them before giving the go-ahead, as I cannot be held responsible for any changes or spelling mistakes after the proofs have been signed-off.
The final balance will be due at this stage.
5
Printing
I'll send everything off to print and eagerly await them coming through to add any finishing touches. I assemble them and get them ready to deliver — it takes around 2–6 weeks for this process but will be sure to keep in touch to let you know how it's going.
